What drives Cathy? Almost everything – her family of course and her music collection, scuba diving, fine food, philanthropy, teaching, learning – the list goes on. She’s even an epicure at heart, and has put her passion to good use in her food blog Word of Mouth. We keep Cathy around for all those reasons and more. Most importantly to our clients, she is a results-driven marketing professional with a solid reputation for bringing imagination, original strategy, and successful execution to world-class, cross-channel media organizations. She has broad experience in brand development, integrated marketing, digital sales, events and promotions. Prior to working with TMD, Cathy was the Group Associate Publisher of Marketing Traditional Home and Midwest Living magazines and the Home Solutions Group where she was responsible for developing and implementing integrated strategic programming, client communication and brand revitalization initiatives. Cathy joined Meredith from Hachette Filipacchi Media, where she was the Associate Publisher of Marketing for HOME magazine and the Woman’s Day Special Interest Publications. There, she helped broaden the magazines’ product offerings and initiated the business plan for a new online network, PointClickHome.com. Cathy has been a producer and advisor on independent film projects and mentors college students wishing to enter the media profession. She is an articulate senior manager known for personal integrity, creativity and a track record of achieving success.
