Real Simple & Jones New York

CHALLENGE:
Partner with Real Simple magazine to promote the Jones New York in the Classroom initiative and drive Jones New York apparel sales.

CREATIVE SOLUTION:
The TMD team created teacher-themed in-store events, held in 25 Macy’s locations nationwide. We called the program “Teacher’s Lounge and Recess” and offered manicures, massages, custom caricature drawings, refreshments and purchase incentives exclusively for Jones New York customers. The project required comprehensive development, management and execution. TMD coordinated every component and phase, including: invitation and promotional material, production/distribution, print advertising in Real Simple and local ad support, head liaison for Jones New York, Real Simple, and Macy’s regional managers, catering, research, vendor acquisition, budgeting and billing.

Porsche Advertorial

CHALLENGE:
Develop a special advertising section that captures the essence of the Porsche brand with content specially tailored for the aspirational and luxury-seeking readers of Condé Nast Traveler.

CREATIVE SOLUTION:
The TMD team brought to life the compelling story of this iconic automobile company, complete with elements of history, romance, design and engineering.  The content was inspirational and sophisticated, showcasing Porsche’s distinctive brand attributes in a manner that appealed to the sensibilities of the target audience.

Meredith Corporation Trade Show Booth

CHALLENGE:
Help promote The Magazine Store, a new venture built to capture market share of the $2-billion fundraising product industry through the sale of Meredith Corporation’s magazine subscriptions.

CREATIVE SOLUTION:
The TMD team led the development and promotion of this venture by creating a multi-tiered marketing plan including the design and execution of The Magazine Store logo, sell sheets and trade show booth graphics.  We led all aspects of trade show presence for the debut of The Magazine Store at the 2010 Association of Fund Raising Distributors and Suppliers (AFRDS) Convention, including securing booth space, designing all coordinating graphics, and managed the shipment and staffing of the booth.
